Permit Lookup

You can search for permits here. Use the drop down box below to select a search option. You can search by permit number, address or street name, tax map ID #, subdivision and lot #, or by date issued. To see the details about any permit, click the hyperlink on the permit number. A pop-up window should open with the permit details.

My Permits

If you are the permit holder, you can view all of your permits and schedule and cancel inspections with My Permits. You will need a login for this feature so please contact us by email or call us at 803/329-5590 to request a login. Once you are logged in, your permits will display below. Only customers with a login can use this feature.

Please note, our building inspectors no longer have Nextel phones but they still have the same cell phone number. Please enter your phone number instead of a Nextel number when scheduling inspections so the inspector can contact you.

My Projects

If you are a design professional, developer, or owner of a project you can submit projects, track the status and view comments for a project with My Projects. You will need a login for this feature so please contact us by email or call us at 803-329-5590 to request a login. Once you are logged in, your projects will display below.
